    Same as 1100 with a copier/scanner.  &quot;ljet4&quot; yields much
    better prints than &quot;lj4dith&quot;.  You need to enable
    &quot;fix stair- stepping text&quot; when text files are sent
    directly to the printer and not transferred to PostScript and
    processed by GhostScript.  &lt;p&gt;

    For advanced functionality such as printer status, maintenance

    Stand-alone copying should just work, it does not need the PC.&lt;p&gt;

    Unfortunately, this printer has a little hardware problem: The
    paper separation pad hardens with the time and the printer pulls
    in several sheets of paper at once. HP is aware of this and offers
    a kit to fix this without needing to disassemble the printer for
